Reflections on the Education Summit

June 26-28, 2000

Following are reflections by individuals attending the International Education Summit. This Summit was an important event, the first of it's kind in the United States, drawing together progressive educators from many different focal points. The Partnership for Democratic Education was created by participants of this conference to build coalition of individuals and organizations committed to creating democratic schools for a democratic society.
